Saturday and Sunday only. Sign up at the info stand on the day; places are limited. BRS currently gives a workshop price range of €5–40, paid separately from admission.
Around €13 is BRS’s ramen reference price; actual prices vary. Bowls are roughly ¾ of a restaurant portion. Selected stalls offer vegetarian, vegan and halal options. Saturday evening food is available while supplies last; dishes may sell out.
Children under 12 enter free. Dogs are generally allowed, but the organiser advises against bringing them because of the crowds.
