Your Data Rights

Signal Atlas gives users the ability to request information about personal data associated with their account.
You may request
Depending on applicable law, you may be entitled to request:
- access to personal information
- correction
- deletion
- restriction
- portability
- objection
- withdrawal of consent
- information about how data is processed
Data export
Where applicable and technically available, you may request a copy of personal information associated with your Signal Atlas account.
A reasonable export may include:
- profile information
- Passport preferences
- saved information
- trips
- user-created content
- Ask Atlas history
- relevant account metadata
Some information may be excluded where necessary to protect:
- another person's privacy
- security
- trade secrets
- privileged information
- legal obligations
Delete my account
You may request account deletion.
Deleting an account is different from signing out.
Account deletion is intended to delete or anonymize information no longer required, subject to:
- legal retention
- fraud prevention
- security
- disputes
- accounting
- tax
- reasonable technical backup cycles
Marketing
You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary service messages concerning your account, security or transactions.
Cookie choices
Where Signal Atlas uses optional browser technologies requiring consent, you may withdraw consent.
Necessary technology may continue where required to provide functionality you requested.

- enough information for us to understand what you need
We may ask for reasonable verification before responding.
Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
Response time
We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Complex or unusually broad requests may require additional time where the law permits.
Complaints
Where applicable, you may complain to the data-protection authority responsible for your location.
You are welcome to contact us first, but doing so does not remove your right to approach a regulator.
