Payments & Refunds
Effective date: 6 October 2026
This Policy applies to products and services purchased directly from Signal Atlas.
Purchases made from independent restaurants, hotels, ticket providers, venues, transport providers or other third parties are governed by the seller's own terms.
1. Seller
Where Signal Atlas is identified as the seller, the seller is:
DOTDOTS LLC
1309 Coffeen Avenue, Suite 1200
Sheridan, WY 82801
United States

2. Prices
The applicable price will be shown before purchase.
Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on:
- location
- product type
- applicable law
- checkout configuration
Any tax or fee charged by Signal Atlas will be disclosed before the transaction is completed where required.
3. Payment processing
Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider.
Signal Atlas does not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment-card number.
The payment provider may apply additional security or authentication requirements.
4. Subscriptions
Where Signal Atlas offers a recurring subscription, checkout will disclose:
- price
- billing frequency
- renewal terms
- how to cancel
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
5. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel before the next renewal date.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
Unless required by law or expressly offered, cancellation does not automatically create a refund for an already commenced billing period.
6. Incorrect charges
If you believe Signal Atlas charged you incorrectly, contact:
hello@signalatlas.guide
Include enough information for us to identify the transaction.
Do not send complete payment-card information by email.
7. Failed or duplicate payments
If a transaction is duplicated or a technical failure produces an incorrect Signal Atlas charge, we will investigate and correct the transaction where appropriate.
8. Refunds
Unless different purchase terms are shown at checkout, direct Signal Atlas payments are refundable where:
- applicable law requires a refund
- Signal Atlas materially failed to provide the purchased service
- a duplicate or incorrect charge occurred
- Signal Atlas expressly offered a refund right
Requests are assessed according to:
- the product purchased
- whether performance has begun
- applicable consumer law
- circumstances of the request
9. European withdrawal rights
Consumers entering certain distance contracts in the European Economic Area may have a statutory withdrawal period, generally 14 days from conclusion of a service contract.
Exceptions and special rules may apply.
For example, withdrawal rights may be affected where:
- a service has been fully performed following the legally required request or acknowledgement
- digital content has begun to be supplied following the legally required express consent and acknowledgement
- the purchase concerns accommodation, transportation, catering, leisure services or events for a specific date or period
Where required, the checkout process will request the necessary consent or acknowledgement before immediate performance begins.
10. Third-party purchases
If Signal Atlas directs you to an external provider and the external provider is the seller, refund requests must ordinarily be made to that provider.
Signal Atlas cannot issue refunds for money it did not receive as seller.
11. Festival vendors
Festival Mode may display products, tickets, workshops, food, merchandise or services supplied by independent organizers or vendors.
Unless checkout clearly identifies DOTDOTS LLC as the seller, those transactions are governed by the relevant organizer or vendor.
12. Chargebacks
If you believe a Signal Atlas charge is incorrect, we encourage you to contact us so we can investigate.
Nothing in this section limits rights you may have with your card issuer or payment provider.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy for future purchases.
The version presented at or applicable to the relevant purchase governs that purchase, subject to mandatory law.
