Information submitted to an AI-assisted feature may be sent to an AI technology provider for the purpose of generating the requested response.
Signal Atlas currently uses OpenAI technology for parts of its AI functionality.
Signal Atlas does not intentionally opt user prompts and outputs into optional general model-training programs without appropriate authorization and any legally required disclosure or consent.
AI service providers may process or temporarily retain information under their applicable service terms for purposes including service delivery, security, abuse prevention and legal compliance.

the third party may receive information directly from your browser or from information you voluntarily provide.

17. Festival partners
Signal Atlas may operate Festival Mode with event partners.
Using Festival Mode does not by itself authorize Signal Atlas to give the event organizer your full Passport, private trips or general Signal Atlas history.
If an activation involves identifiable information being provided to a partner, we will provide appropriate notice before the sharing where required.

22. Public sharing
If you publish a trip or create a public sharing link, content in that public experience may be viewed by other people.
Avoid publishing information you do not want others to see.
Changing a plan to private or deleting it should stop future access through Signal Atlas once the relevant change has completed, subject to copies independently saved outside our control.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights including:
- access
- correction
- deletion
- restriction
- objection

- confirmation whether we process your personal data
- access to that data
- rectification
- erasure
- restriction
- portability

25. Automated decision-making
Signal Atlas uses personalization and AI-assisted recommendations.
Signal Atlas does not currently use solely automated processing to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects concerning users.
