Who handles cancellations and refunds?
Usually the party that sold you the service.
If a restaurant, ticket platform, hotel or other third party took your payment, cancellation and refund requests normally go to that provider.
If DOTDOTS LLC is the seller of a Signal Atlas product, the Signal Atlas Payments & Refunds Policy applies.
